1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “T&Cs”) govern the relationship between miniakadémia – Jordán Lili Judit EV (registered address: Szabadság utca 114., 2085 Pilisvörösvár, Hungary; tax number: 90532003-1-33; hereinafter: “Provider”) and the person making a booking through the website (hereinafter: “Customer”).
These T&Cs are governed by Hungarian law, in particular:
- Act V of 2013 (Civil Code – Ptk.),
- Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection (Fgytv.),
- Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses,
- Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services (Eker. tv.).
Only a legally capable adult (the participating child's parent or legal guardian) may act as Customer.
By completing the booking the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at
miniakademia.hu/terms. The language of the contract is Hungarian.
2. Description of services
miniakadémia offers the following services:
- Workshops: one-off creative sessions for children at pre-advertised times and venues.
- Summer camps: multi-day intensive creative programmes during defined periods.
- Clubs and passes: regular recurring sessions sold as fixed-period passes.
Full details, schedule, venue, age recommendations and prices are published on the website.
3. Booking process
Bookings are made exclusively through the website. Completing a booking requires the Customer to provide details about themselves and the participating child, and to accept these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the pre-contract information set out in section 8.
The technical steps of booking: the Customer selects a session, enters the required details, accepts the terms, and submits the booking. By submitting, the Customer makes an offer to the Provider. The contract is formed upon the Provider's electronic (e-mail) confirmation.
The Provider reserves the right to decline a booking in justified cases (e.g. no spots remaining); in such cases any payment received will be refunded in full.
The concluded contract is recorded electronically by the Provider in its booking system; the Customer receives the contract content in the booking confirmation e-mail.
4. Fees and payment
Workshops: the participation fee is payable in cash at the venue at the start of the session. The Provider issues a receipt immediately; an invoice can be requested and will be issued within 15 days of the session (invoice issuer: Jordán Lili Judit EV).
Summer camps:the full fee must be paid by bank transfer to the Provider's account within 5 working days of booking confirmation. The booking is only finalised once payment is received.
Clubs and passes: the pass fee for the relevant period is payable by bank transfer before the period begins. The exact deadline is communicated when the period is advertised.
All prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and represent the total amount payable by the Customer. The issued receipt or invoice indicates whether VAT applies (the Provider may operate under the small-business VAT exemption).
5. Cancellation and modification
The cancellation terms in this section constitute the Provider's voluntary, contractual cancellation and (partial) refund arrangements. The statutory right of withdrawal/termination is addressed separately in section 8.
Workshops: since payment is made at the venue, no financial obligation arises on cancellation. The Customer should notify the Provider at least 24 hours before the session by e-mail (
miniakademia2024@gmail.com) or phone (+36 30 373 2852) so the spot can be offered to others.
Summer camps:- Cancellations received more than 14 days before the camp start date: full refund (100%).
- Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the camp start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to
miniakademia2024@gmail.com. The date of cancellation is the date of receipt of the e-mail.
Clubs and passes: fees for a period already begun are non-refundable.
Force majeure: if the Provider is unable to deliver a session or camp due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disaster, governmental order, public health emergency), the Customer will be offered either a full refund or participation at an alternative date.
6. Liability
The Provider takes due care for the safety of participating children during sessions and camps.
The Customer must disclose all relevant health information about the child (allergies, medical conditions, special needs) at the time of booking. Where the Customer fails to fulfil this disclosure obligation and a loss occurs in connection with (or partly in connection with) that failure, this constitutes contributory negligence by the injured party within the meaning of Civil Code § 6:525, which shall be taken into account when apportioning liability for the loss.
This section does not exclude or limit the Provider's liability for intentionally caused harm or for harm to human life, physical integrity or health (Civil Code § 6:152).
7. Complaints and dispute resolution

The Provider will investigate written complaints and respond in writing with reasons within 30 calendar days of receipt (Consumer Protection Act § 17/A).

Consumer protection authority. The Customer may also submit a complaint to the consumer protection authority of the county government office competent for their place of domicile.
Court. The Customer is entitled to pursue consumer law claims before a court in accordance with the Civil Code and the rules of civil procedure.
Cross-border disputes. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. For cross-border consumer disputes, consumers may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (European Consumer Centre Hungary).
8. Pre-contract information
In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) §§ 11–12, the Provider provides the following information:

Main characteristics of the service: the creative sessions for children (workshops, summer camps, clubs/passes) as described on the relevant booking page, with the content, venue and duration specified in that description.
Total price (including all charges) is displayed on the booking page before the booking is finalised.
Payment conditions: as set out in section 4 for each service type.
Language of the contract: Hungarian. The concluded contract is stored electronically by the Provider; its content is available to the Customer in the booking confirmation e-mail.
Right of withdrawal / termination. The sessions offered on this website constitute leisure services tied to a specific performance date or deadline within the meaning of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) § 29(1)(l). Accordingly, the 14-day right of withdrawal otherwise applicable to distance contracts does not apply to bookings made through this website.
The Provider nevertheless voluntarily offers contractual cancellation and partial refund arrangements to Customers on the terms set out in section 5 of these T&Cs. Section 5 governs all cancellations.
